Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide email support for program applicants and participants
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to utility program staff and partner company customer support teams
- Manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution
- Work with internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to products and processes
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on all program support activity

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in customer support and/or process management role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a plus
