Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide email support for program applicants and participants
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to utility program staff and partner company customer support teams
  • Manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution
  • Work with internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to products and processes
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on all program support activity

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in customer support and/or process management role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a plus
