Mission
What you will drive
- Own the customer support ecosystem, managing escalations, configurations, workflows, and ticketing logic while actively resolving support tickets.
- Manage account provisioning and lifecycle, ensuring platform access aligns with contractual terms.
- Act as technical triage lead, investigating issues and escalating only when necessary.
- Analyze support trends, lead bi-weekly syncs, and own the Help Center with clear technical documentation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (Support, Implementation, or Technical Account Management).
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Analytical skills, technical aptitude (APIs, troubleshooting), and AI literacy.
