Mission
What you will drive
- Make switching to Octopus Energy easy by helping customers select the best Gas and Electricity tariffs.
- Guide customers on adopting Low Carbon Technology (LCT) including Heat Pumps and Solar.
- Initiate the journey for Electric Vehicle charger customers, answering installation questions and ensuring seamless handover.
- Take full ownership of customer queries, problem-solve without endless transfers, and deliver solutions with care.
