Mission

What you will drive

  • Make switching to Octopus Energy easy by helping customers select the best Gas and Electricity tariffs.
  • Guide customers on adopting Low Carbon Technology (LCT) including Heat Pumps and Solar.
  • Initiate the journey for Electric Vehicle charger customers, answering installation questions and ensuring seamless handover.
  • Take full ownership of customer queries, problem-solve without endless transfers, and deliver solutions with care.
