What you will drive
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact and gateway to more advanced services, providing first-line support to customers and global HE networks.
- Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and web inquiries efficiently with confidence and professionalism, logging tickets in Salesforce.
- Act as L1 support where applicable and be a customer advocate for timely issue resolution and escalation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while upholding safety and integrity values.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field preferred, with basic knowledge in electrical engineering.
- 3-4 years of prior experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse politely and effectively via telephone, live chat, or email.
- Availability to work in shifts and participate in ensuring 24/7 availability, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
