What you will drive

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact and gateway to more advanced services, providing first-line support to customers and global HE networks.
  • Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and web inquiries efficiently with confidence and professionalism, logging tickets in Salesforce.
  • Act as L1 support where applicable and be a customer advocate for timely issue resolution and escalation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while upholding safety and integrity values.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field preferred, with basic knowledge in electrical engineering.
  • 3-4 years of prior experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse politely and effectively via telephone, live chat, or email.
  • Availability to work in shifts and participate in ensuring 24/7 availability, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
