What you will drive
- Manage retailer accounts, support order placement and maintenance, ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Partner with Territory Manager to support sales performance and drive growth.
- Manage warranty claims and provide timely resolutions within 48 hours.
- Own customer queries from start to finish, ensuring efficient and professional handling.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak with excellent communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner and strong relationship-building skills.
- Good IT skills with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Experience in customer care or customer service environment.
