Customer Care Expert (m/w/d)

Core responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for commercial battery storage systems
• Handle inquiries and technical questions about TESVOLT products
• Assist customers with energy storage solutions for various energy producers (solar, wind, water, biogas, combined heat and power)
• Support both on-grid and off-grid storage system applications

This role supports the adoption of commercial battery storage systems that enable renewable energy integration, helping businesses and communities transition to sustainable energy solutions and reduce carbon emissions.

Required qualifications:

• Customer service or technical support experience
• Knowledge of energy storage systems or renewable energy technologies
• Ability to explain technical concepts to customers
• Experience with commercial battery systems is preferred
