CRM Systems Architect

• Serve as the company's front line user experience and design leader across the CRM ecosystem, capturing requirements and implementing scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Design and recommend system solutions for complex issues, acting as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related matters within the organization
• Partner with the CRM support team to resolve inbound requests, analyze recurrent issues, and create incident response protocols
• Provide structured and ad hoc training and troubleshooting support to global end users, maintaining up-to-date process documentation and ensuring successful system adoption

This role supports Pattern Energy's mission to transition the world to renewable energy by optimizing CRM systems that enable efficient development and operation of wind, solar, and energy storage facilities, contributing to the global shift toward clean energy.

• BS degree in related field required with 5-7 years of experience in a medium to large corporate environment
• 5 years working on technology projects preferably CRM and 5 years of cross-departmental business experience
• 3 years direct experience managing products or systems development with track record of delivering impactful business applications using Agile methods
• Established proficiency in Salesforce configuration and best practices, including customization of fields, flows, layouts, and reports

The expected starting pay range for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees.
