CRG Associate for CRG Alumni Engagement

• Gather data on alumni from CRG programs, including current networks, engagement resources, and alumni preferences
• Craft interim low-tech solutions for alumni engagement such as newsletters, connection opportunities, and events
• Develop and implement a long-term sustainable plan for ongoing alumni engagement that connects alumni across programs and to the broader Aspen community

This role creates positive change by building a network that connects thousands of CRG program alumni, elevating youth voices, and fostering civic engagement and leadership development among young people to help address society's challenges.

• A bachelor's degree
• Experience working collaboratively to co-create solutions to complex problems with data visualizations, dynamic tools, or compelling case studies
• Experience gathering and applying qualitative and quantitative data to create responsive products
• Experience operating with and communicating with large groups of people and ability to curate online content and educational opportunities
