What you will drive
- Conduct welfare-focused home visits to customers in debt, gathering information and setting up sustainable repayment plans.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and account reviews to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining compliance and recording information accurately.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Previous experience in customer service, field roles, or supporting vulnerable people is highly desirable.
- High levels of empathy, resilience, and adaptability to handle challenging conversations.
- Full, valid UK driving licence with at least 2 years' driving experience and no more than 6 penalty points.
