Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Creative Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that showcases their ability to think creatively and develop compelling visual content. Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Design and create visual content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

This role creates positive change by developing visually engaging creative solutions that enhance Hitachi Energy's brand identity and support impactful storytelling across global communications channels.

3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field. Strong portfolio of creative work that showcases visual and design skills. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
