Courses Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as the main support and liaison for participants, buddies, and care team volunteers, ensuring everyone feels supported and knows what to expect
• Ensure courses run smoothly and effectively through an efficient administration service
• Support the wider team in delivering Back Up's vital course services

This role helps transform lives by ensuring Back Up's courses - which have been running for almost 30 years - operate effectively, providing critical support to people with spinal cord injuries and their families.

• Experience in administration and coordination roles
• Strong communication and liaison skills
• Ability to support diverse stakeholders including people with spinal cord injury, their families, and professionals
