Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential countries and teams for Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with country representatives and government officials across Latin America and the Caribbean
- Transform policy problems into DPI implementation opportunities by understanding country needs and priorities
- Offer technical support, conduct training sessions, and develop learning materials on DPI
- Support pilot implementations and travel to different countries as required

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technology, public policy, or international development (preferably at the intersection)
- Experience working with projects impacting the general public at large
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for concise briefs and longer articles
- Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field preferred (public policy, economics, political science, law, international development, or computer science)
Benefits

Compensation: USD 3,500–4,000 monthly with up to 20% tax withheld at source (depending on country of residence). Full-time remote position with regular travel required as per project demands.
