  • Lead the development and implementation of national program strategies to advance 350.org's mission and global objectives
  • Grow 350's influence, income, and impact in Brazil, working toward an increasingly independent and well-resourced 350 Brazil
  • Provide strategic and inspiring leadership to a diverse, multifunctional team and partners, building shared alignment around strategic steer, values, and political analysis
  • Drive local supporter growth, visibility, alliances, and fundraising

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant leadership and management experience in a related sector, ideally in an international or regional organization with campaign or advocacy orientation
  • Strong leader and team-builder with well-developed soft influencing skills and experience leading complex and remote teams
  • Sharp understanding of political and policy landscape with proven ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies for change
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English, with working knowledge of current global debates on climate change and energy transition
