Country Director, Malawi

• Lead and manage Evidence Action's operations and programs in Malawi, ensuring effective implementation and scale.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government, donors, and stakeholders to advance organizational goals.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and reporting for country-level activities.
• Drive impact measurement and learning to improve program effectiveness.

This role directly contributes to Evidence Action's mission of scaling evidence-based interventions to improve the lives of millions in Malawi, reducing poverty and disease through cost-effective programs.

• Proven senior leadership experience in international development or public health, preferably in sub-Saharan Africa.
• Strong strategic planning, partnership development, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, teams, and complex programs.
• Excellent communication and representational abilities.
