Job Summary
We are seeking a Country Director to lead our operations in Côte d'Ivoire. The Country Director will be responsible for developing and implementing our country strategy, managing our team, and ensuring the effective delivery of our programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the country strategy in line with our global strategy and goals
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality programs
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, donors, and partners
- Ensure effective financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Represent our organization in Côte d'Ivoire and internationally
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, international development, public administration)
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a developing country
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful country strategies
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
