Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute legal strategies for high-impact constitutional and civil rights litigation challenging unlawful government actions.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents across all phases of cases.
- Collaborate with pro bono counsel and partner organizations on case management, discovery, trial, and appellate advocacy.
- Assist in onboarding and supervising pro bono legal teams, providing technical guidance and training.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum 2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to federal or state government advocacy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce high-quality legal work.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and strong technology competence.
