Cost Intelligence Consultant

• Support and deliver commissions in efficiency & value identification, assurance & continuous improvement, construction economics research & analysis, and general cost intelligence services
• Work with leadership to mature and develop service offerings with practical solutions for clients
• Provide assistance to senior management in preparing technical and financial proposals
• Ensure effective delivery through project and financial management for complex assignments

• Experience in cost model/cost estimate development, statistical analysis for benchmarking, business cases development, cost benefit analysis, or defining business models
• Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities through benchmarking and efficiency exercises
• Analysis capabilities to apply to client and industry datasets to create data-driven solutions
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, with technical excellence in providing leading solutions
