Cost Estimator / Senior Cost Estimator

• Build and continuously improve the cost estimating process for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Serve as primary owner of cost estimate product, reconciling input from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve Excel-based cost model, streamline reporting, and refine estimating workflows.
• Audit EPC bids for technical accuracy and track emerging solar/storage technologies.

This role directly supports the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure, enabling the transition to clean electricity and reducing carbon emissions.

• 5+ years relevant experience including 2-4 years in cost estimating; solar or battery storage background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience building cost estimating tools.
• Solid grasp of utility-scale solar project lifecycle and working knowledge of battery energy storage systems.

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 plus bonus and benefits.
