Corporate Strategy Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, management presentations, and diligence sessions with internal stakeholders and external targets
• Assist in preparing initial bid models and valuation ranges, and gather/organize financial statements and KPIs from target companies
• Act as day-to-day project manager for active diligence processes, tracking deliverables across internal workstreams and managing virtual data rooms
• Assist in developing and tracking post-close integration plans, coordinating early integration workstream meetings and documentation handoffs

This role supports energy transformation initiatives by helping utilities navigate complex challenges through mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts that expand clean energy solutions, contributing to load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or FP&A
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with Excel proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $84,000-$90,000 annually
• Discretionary annual bonus eligibility
