Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, management presentations, and diligence sessions with internal stakeholders and external targets
- Assist in preparing initial bid models and valuation ranges, and gather/organize financial statements and KPIs from target companies
- Act as day-to-day project manager for active diligence processes, tracking deliverables across internal workstreams and managing virtual data rooms
- Assist in developing and tracking post-close integration plans, coordinating early integration workstream meetings and documentation handoffs

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or FP&A
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with Excel proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

- Base salary range: $84,000-$90,000 annually
