Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage proposal processes for complex corporate accounts, including timeline setup, communication, and final document review and submission.
  • Oversee funder report tracking, preparation, and submission, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Provide financial oversight for corporate philanthropic engagement, including pipeline management, grant agreement management, and Salesforce reporting.
  • Support account management and event operations for major stakeholder convenings.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative, finance, operations, project management, or related experience, or 5+ years working at a foundation, institutional funder, or on a fundraising team.
  • Grant administration experience at a foundation, corporation, or nonprofit organization.
  • Excellent writing, copyediting, and verbal communication skills; project management and budgeting experience; proficiency with Salesforce, Monday.com, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
