Position : Corporate Partnership Manager Reports to : Chief Development Officer Location: Works remotely Hours required: 40 hours per week Travel: Travel required and will be reimbursed Pay: Salary, Exempt Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 Role Description: wear blue: run to remember is a not-for-profit that honors the service and sacrifice of the American military through active remembrance. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to manage corporate partnerships. Responsibilities: Manage and steward 50+ existing corporate partnerships. Identify, cultivate, and solicit new corporate prospects. Lead a diversified portfolio of corporate partnerships (five‑figure through six‑figure+), closing, activating, and renewing with outcomes that drive expansion. Oversee sponsorship fulfillment and impact reporting. Secure fundraising appointments for the executive team with prospective and current corporate partners. Lead the follow-up and nurturing of the relationship. Assists with managing the Development budget, including expenses, revenue, project costs, and controlling costs. Provide recommendations and facilitate improvement to ensure future success by monitoring industry trends and organizational performance. Provide leadership weekly updates on progress, wins, and outcomes. Partners with directors, program managers, and staff for multiple projects and identifies opportunities to promote other program offerings to existing partners. Attend and/or represent the organization at meetings and events. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified corporate prospects with systematic tracking and follow-through. Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Strong supporter of the American military and the wear blue: run to remember mission. Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of proven success in corporate fundraising, major gifts, or B2B sales with demonstrated ability to close five- to six-figure deals. Strong team player committed to quality and results with a forward focus. Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, event planning, and communication skills. Strong administrative, analytical, oral, and written communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple key initiatives concurrently and see them to successful completion. Results-proven track record of exceeding goals and a bottom-line orientation. Evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of data analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment. In-depth knowledge of fundraising and customer relationship management platforms. Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective teams. Willingness to occasionally work evening, holiday, and weekend events as needed. Self-directed and entrepreneurial - thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications like Google Workspace. Executive presence and polish - ability to confidently engage with C-suite executives and senior corporate leaders Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and craft compelling value propositions. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Nonprofit experience. Military service or affiliation. +2 years of management experience in relevant fields. Essential Functions/Physical Demands: The general nature of the role may include the following. conditions normal for an office setting, sitting or standing at a desk stand continuously for 1-8 hours outside during events. lift/move 25-50 lbs.
