Corporate Paralegal

Core responsibilities:

• Manage entity records, corporate minute books, and governance documentation across the organization
• Prepare, organize, and distribute board and committee materials with accuracy and confidentiality
• Draft, review, and organize commercial contracts in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within contract management and document management systems

This role helps build and safeguard the corporate foundation that powers growth at the intersection of electrification, digitalization, and decarbonization, strengthening corporate governance and ensuring contract integrity to support renewable energy infrastructure projects.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally within energy, infrastructure, technology, or software-enabled organizations
• Proven experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, and compliance filings
• Strong contract administration skills with exceptional organization and attention to detail

Compensation and benefits:

• Total compensation: $106,250 to $118,750 (base salary + bonus in USD)
