What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Researching and building a database of food and retail companies' profiles, policies, and key contacts
- Hosting corporate meetings and preparing presentations to persuade companies to adopt animal welfare policies in their supply chains
- Consistently establishing permanent contact with key corporate contacts via emails, phone calls, and meetings
- Tracking, evaluating, and reporting progress of corporate commitments and policy implementation

Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders
- Understanding of corporate sustainability, ESG, or CSR concepts related to food systems and animal welfare
- Analytical capacity to evaluate corporate policies, sustainability reports, and supply chains
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English language skills
