Corporate Development Associate

• Analyze financial and operating information for potential acquisitions
• Gather and synthesize market data to determine company strategy
• Communicate insights across the organization, including to senior leadership
• Provide valuation for acquisitions and organic investment opportunities through financial modeling

This role supports Republic Services' growth strategy through acquisitions and industry advancements, helping the company safely and sustainably manage customers' waste streams while advancing circularity and decarbonization initiatives.

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in accounting or finance (public accounting, investment banking, private equity, business development, transaction diligence or management consulting)
• Proven knowledge of corporate finance including valuation and financial analysis
• Ability to apply accounting and finance concepts to business development
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
