Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage a complete pipeline of M&A targets in the United States generating $10MM to $50MM new revenues annually
- Conduct market analysis and identify potential acquisition targets through various sources
- Negotiate confidentiality agreements, evaluate targets, and recommend deal structures
- Coordinate due diligence activities and assist with negotiations and transaction documentation
- Assist with integration of acquired companies and follow-up on post-closing obligations

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate development, transaction advisory, investment banking or private equity
- Experience with M&A processes including target identification, due diligence, and deal execution
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating business and financial conditions of potential targets
- Ability to coordinate information flow between multiple stakeholders including business leaders and external advisors
