Corporate and Foundation Relations Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Own and manage a portfolio of regional and national corporate and foundation partners
• Coordinate partnerships across the full lifecycle, from prospecting and proposals to activation, stewardship, and renewal
• Develop customized partnership strategies aligned with partners' business and philanthropic goals
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, reporting, events, volunteer engagement, and growth opportunities
• Serve as a trusted, high-touch point of contact for partners, ensuring strong retention and long-term value

This role drives Out Teach's growth and impact by securing partnerships that fuel experiential learning opportunities for teachers and students nationwide, directly supporting educational outcomes.

Required qualifications:

• A relationship-driven fundraiser with 2–5 years of experience managing corporate and/or foundation partnerships
• Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable owning revenue goals
• Skilled communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
• Passionate about education and creating measurable impact for students and educators
