Copy of Product Manager, Sustainability - Canada

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy integrating AI-powered capabilities with sustainability regulations, frameworks, and standards.
• Partner with applied AI engineers to scope, design, and ship LLM-powered features for sustainability reporting.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from conceptualization to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging sustainability regulations and AI tools, and assess competitor offerings.

This role enables enterprises to manage and improve their environmental, social, and governance footprint, driving positive change through sustainability compliance and decarbonization.

• Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in product management, strategy consulting, or sustainability analyst roles with deep understanding of sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, GHG Protocol, etc.).
• Working knowledge of GHG accounting (Scopes 1, 2, 3) and decarbonization strategies (SBTi, CDP).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and LLM application patterns (RAG, agent workflows).
