Mission
What you will drive
Provide project, administrative, and coordination support to advance departmental and the Association's priorities. Primary duties include:
- Provide day-to-day projects and administrative coordination support for meetings, webinars, and conference sessions
- Assist with development and tracking of work plans, timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
- Support preparation of written materials such as reports, summaries, correspondence, presentations, and resource documents
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, webinars, events, and convenings including registration and materials preparation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, Human Services, or related field
- Up to two (2) years of relevant professional experience in coordination, administrative, project support, or program support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard work management and collaboration platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft professional materials
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
