About This Role
As the MEL Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the Strategic Learning & Impact unit, ensuring smooth operations and effective project coordination. This role is impactful because it directly enables the team to monitor, evaluate, and learn from programs, ensuring that resources are used effectively and lessons are captured to improve future interventions. You'll work cross-functionally, supporting consultants and partners, making your organizational skills critical to the success of MEL initiatives.

Your day might start by checking Asana for project updates and setting up a new project for an upcoming evaluation. You'd then coordinate a meeting with consultants, sending out agendas and ensuring materials are ready. In the afternoon, you might update tracking documents, organize Box folders, and collaborate with the SLI team to refine processes for better efficiency.
