Coordinación Técnica de Campo (LatAm)

Core responsibilities:

• Organize installations and training for farm staff on shrimp stunning equipment use, coordinating with producers and manufacturers
• Supervise and support stunning equipment installations and technical operation training for farm staff at production sites
• Coordinate manufacturing, shipping, and installations of equipment
• Collect data on humane slaughter implementation at shrimp farms and coordinate data collection with relevant parties

This role improves the welfare of billions of animals by transitioning shrimp producers from traditional 'chill killing' to modern electrical stunning systems, making harvest both more humane and efficient.

Required qualifications:

• Experience with field coordination, logistics, and stakeholder management in agricultural or aquaculture settings
• Ability to communicate regularly with stakeholders via email, phone, and WhatsApp
• Practical support skills during farm installation visits and follow-up with producers
• Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) data collection
