Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Organize installations and training for farm staff on shrimp stunning equipment use, coordinating with producers and manufacturers
- Supervise and support stunning equipment installations and technical operation training for farm staff at production sites
- Coordinate manufacturing, shipping, and installations of equipment
- Collect data on humane slaughter implementation at shrimp farms and coordinate data collection with relevant parties

Required qualifications:
- Experience with field coordination, logistics, and stakeholder management in agricultural or aquaculture settings
- Ability to communicate regularly with stakeholders via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Practical support skills during farm installation visits and follow-up with producers
- Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) data collection
