Coordinación Técnica de Campo (LatAm)

Core responsibilities:

• Organize installations and training for farm staff on shrimp stunning equipment use, coordinating with producers and manufacturers
• Supervise and support stunning equipment installations and technical operation training for farm staff at production sites
• Coordinate manufacturing, shipping, and installations of equipment
• Collect data on humane slaughter implementation at shrimp farms and support research studies regarding logistical preparation and data collection

This role improves the welfare of billions of animals by transitioning shrimp producers from traditional "chill killing" to modern electrical stunning systems, making harvesting both more humane and more efficient.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Field-based coordination experience with manufacturing, shipping, and installation processes
• Experience with logistics support and stakeholder communication (email, phone, WhatsApp)
• Ability to act as a bridge between shrimp producers, equipment manufacturers, and organizational teams
• Practical support skills during farm installation visits and follow-up with producers
