Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Organize installations and training for farm staff on shrimp stunning equipment use, coordinating with producers and manufacturers
  • Supervise and support stunning equipment installations and technical operation training for farm staff at production sites
  • Coordinate manufacturing, shipping, and installations of equipment
  • Collect data on humane slaughter implementation at shrimp farms and support research studies regarding logistical preparation and data collection

  • Practical support skills during farm installation visits and follow-up with producers
