Cooperative Purchasing Specialist

• Manage member needs and vendor relationships for cooperative purchasing program
• Provide high-touch customer service to libraries and cultural organizations
• Negotiate prices, manage subscriptions, and maintain CRM

This role directly supports libraries and cultural organizations across Wisconsin, enabling them to access resources and services more efficiently, thereby strengthening community access to information and culture.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years experience in libraries, cultural organizations, or member-serving organizations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Opportunity to designate up to 2% of work time to pro-bono activities. Mileage reimbursement for statewide travel. Remote work with a close-knit, mission-driven team.
