Mission
What you will drive
- Provide technical assistance to resident-owned manufactured housing communities, including coaching on board meetings, bylaws, financial compliance, and democratic processes.
- Train and coach boards on cooperative principles, communication skills, budgeting, and asset management.
- Assist with acquisition work and help cooperatives identify problems and develop action plans.

Starting hourly wage $30.24 - $32.64 (full-time, 40 hrs/week). Paid time off includes 3 weeks vacation (increasing to 4 after 2 years), 13 paid holidays, and a 5-week sabbatical every 5 years.
