Your 5 key responsibilities:
- Diagnose & Prioritize:Conduct in-depth funnel analysis across all Paradox touchpoints from landing pages and checkout flows to onboarding journeys and community platforms. Identify friction points and prioritize based on business impact using structured frameworks (PIE, ICE).

- Design & Run Experiments:Plan, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end from hypothesis definition to variant development and post-test analysis. Collaborate with UX, Dev, and Product teams to deploy clean, validated experiments.
