Controls & Instrumentation Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Support the integration, deployment, and lifecycle management of industrial instrumentation, electrical, and control systems
• Serve as a technical integrator and field-oriented engineer for automation and control systems
• Ensure systems are correctly specified, installed, commissioned, and operated within a safety-critical nuclear environment
• Work at the boundary between design intent and real-world execution, translating requirements into reliable, field-ready systems

This role contributes to the deployment of nuclear energy systems that can provide clean, reliable power, helping to address climate change through decarbonization of energy production.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience with industrial instrumentation, electrical, and control systems
• Background in automation and control systems engineering
• Ability to work in safety-critical environments, specifically nuclear
• Experience working with vendors, fabricators, technicians, and operations teams
• Hands-on, field-oriented engineering approach
