Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks including billing, AP/AR processing, vendor payments, staff reimbursements, payroll allocation entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Lead month- and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate monthly financial statements
- Maintain grant and restricted fund tracking and reporting, ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting and grant requirements
- Oversee expense management platform and ensure proper coding and documentation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive nonprofit accounting experience with at least 3 years focused on grants management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting, and restricted/unrestricted revenue
- Proficiency in Bill.Com, QuickBooks, Excel, and Word required; Certify/Emburse and Salesforce experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred
