Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting tasks including billing, AP/AR processing, vendor payments, staff reimbursements, payroll allocation entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Lead month- and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate monthly financial statements
  • Maintain grant and restricted fund tracking and reporting, ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting and grant requirements
  • Oversee expense management platform and ensure proper coding and documentation

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive nonprofit accounting experience with at least 3 years focused on grants management
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting, and restricted/unrestricted revenue
  • Proficiency in Bill.Com, QuickBooks, Excel, and Word required; Certify/Emburse and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred
