Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Support multi-entity close activities including consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
  • Strengthen internal controls, improve close efficiency, and support audit preparation.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close expertise.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
  • Experience in multi-entity environments, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and project-based accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
