Mission

What you will drive

  • Own the full accounting cycle including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end/year-end close.
  • Prepare financial statements, internal reporting with variance analysis, and support budget development and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Lead the annual audit and Form 990 process, ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and grant reporting requirements.
  • Oversee operations including contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and vendor relationships.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Five or more years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of full close and financial-statement preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, audit, and compliance (Form 990, grants, payroll, tax).
  • Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and experience strengthening controls and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
