Mission
What you will drive
- Own the full accounting cycle including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end/year-end close.
- Prepare financial statements, internal reporting with variance analysis, and support budget development and cash-flow forecasting.
- Lead the annual audit and Form 990 process, ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and grant reporting requirements.
- Oversee operations including contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and vendor relationships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of full close and financial-statement preparation.
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, audit, and compliance (Form 990, grants, payroll, tax).
- Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and experience strengthening controls and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
