About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and monthly close
• Prepare and maintain accurate internal financial reports, statements, and dashboards to support operational and leadership decision-making
• Oversee and improve the development of and compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit readiness across the organization
• Lead public and private grant budgeting, fund allocations, and reporting compliance

This role ensures the financial integrity and effectiveness of Love146's operations, directly supporting the organization's mission to end child trafficking and exploitation through accurate financial management and grant compliance.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required)
• Minimum 6-8 years of nonprofit financial operations experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or Controller-level role
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial systems with multiple funding streams, including recent management experience of federal/state grants, private foundation grants, and restricted donor funds
• Expertise with Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel (required). Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (required)
