Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee all finance, accounting, and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Lead annual budgeting and planning, monitor financial performance, and present reports to senior leadership and board committees.
- Manage grants accounting, cash flow forecasting, and optimize accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a positive work environment and cross-departmental collaboration.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of related experience, including nonprofit accounting and audit, financial reporting to executive teams and external stakeholders.
- Solid experience with external audit, budget development, grants management, and accounting software (e.g., Accounting Seed, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-finance managers.
