What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate, execute, and amend subawards and procurement contracts, identifying compliance risks and recommending mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready contract and subaward records for externally funded projects
- Ensure appropriate stewardship of restricted grant funds in compliance with funder requirements and internal controls
- Administer procurement activities in accordance with organizational policies and funder requirements

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate contractual and financial information for compliance and risk
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative, remote work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
