Contract Specialist

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the contract lifecycle for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects.
• Serve as primary liaison between Contracts, Legal, Pre-Construction, Business Development, and other internal teams.
• Track contract status from intake through execution, maintain accurate records, and propose process improvements.

This role supports the expansion of utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure, directly contributing to the transition to clean energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
• Strong understanding of EPC concepts, scopes of work, and associated risks.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint, DocuSign, MS Teams, and contract management software.

Compensation Range: $72,165.00 - $90,207.00
