Contract Role: Operations & Execution Leader (Project Management and New Initiatives)

Core responsibilities:

• Translating goals, ideas, and strategies into clear work plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Building and maintaining MVP project trackers, roadmaps, and documentation that support visibility and decision-making
• Proactively identifying risks, capacity constraints, and bottlenecks—and recommending practical solutions
• Creating lightweight, scalable processes and systems that improve consistency and execution as work grows

This role creates positive change by ensuring client work stays on track while also operationalizing new education initiatives that can be sustained and improved over time, helping mission-driven organizations execute more effectively.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in nonprofit operations, consulting, or mission-driven organizations
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once without dropping details
• Strong system and process mindset, not just task management
• Experience helping take new programs, services, or products from concept to execution
