Contract Review Specialist

• Review home improvement contracts (HIC) uploaded by approved partners to ensure compliance with GoodLeap guidelines and policies.
• Complete contract review cases in the Origin portal to enable loans to progress to NTP (notice to proceed) and funding.
• Meet productivity quotas and perform other duties as assigned by department manager.

By ensuring accurate and compliant contract reviews, this role helps homeowners access affordable financing for sustainable home solutions like solar panels and energy-efficient upgrades, reducing carbon emissions and promoting environmental sustainability.

• Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with ability to adjust to changes in processes/procedures.

Compensation: $17/hour (approximately $35,360 annually based on 40-hour work week). Additional benefits not specified.
