Mission
What you will drive
- Own interview scheduling across all phases of our interview processes, including last minute adjustments and time sensitive logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a warm, timely, and professional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate hiring teams' complex and dynamic schedules.
- Maintain our hiring systems by updating candidate statuses, posting/modifying jobs, managing pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Must have 2+ years of fulltime experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support (startup experience and/or experience with a tech company strongly preferred - but not a hard requirement).
- Demonstrated experience owning complex interview scheduling, including multi-interviewer loops, last-minute changes, and coordination across time zones.
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
