Contract Recruiting Coordinator (6 Month Contract - Remote, US)

• Own interview scheduling across all phases of our interview processes, including last minute adjustments and time sensitive logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a warm, timely, and professional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate hiring teams' complex and dynamic schedules.
• Maintain our hiring systems by updating candidate statuses, posting/modifying jobs, managing pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy.

This role supports Renew Home's mission to change how we power the world by making it easier for customers to save energy and money at home as part of the largest residential virtual power plant in North America, helping build the team that drives this clean energy transition.

• Must have 2+ years of fulltime experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support (startup experience and/or experience with a tech company strongly preferred - but not a hard requirement).
• Demonstrated experience owning complex interview scheduling, including multi-interviewer loops, last-minute changes, and coordination across time zones.
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

• This is a contract position with a six month duration. The hourly rate for this role is $25.
