Content Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Create step-by-step help guides, articles, handouts, and short videos to make learning effortless for farmers
• Ensure farmers get the right information at exactly the right moment, whether troubleshooting, trying something new, or getting more value from Halter
• Collaborate closely with product, customer support, onboarding, field teams, and operations to understand farmer challenges and create genuinely helpful content
• Transform complex ideas into clear, practical content that helps farmers feel confident, capable, and in control

This role creates positive change by transforming knowledge into simple, useful content that makes a real impact on farms, directly improving farmers' livelihoods and lifestyle while helping them run more productive and sustainable operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Exceptional writing skills to turn complex ideas into clear, simple explanations
• Strong visual communication skills to create infographics, diagrams, and handouts
• Understanding of adult learning preferences and ability to tailor content for farmers
• Solid understanding of help centre management and content taxonomy to structure information effectively
• Proactive, curious, obsessed with clarity, and passionate about education
