Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee project workflows by triaging incoming requests, tracking creative projects with priorities and deadlines, and coordinating cross-team review and approval processes to ensure timely, accurate deliverables
- Build and maintain an online content pipeline tracker, monitor for recurring updates and quality checks on active assets, and organize and catalog photos, videos, and creative files
- Support content creation for priority and annual campaigns, create and adapt on-brand graphics using templates and guidelines, and draft and polish short-form copy
- Schedule and launch newsletters and social media posts, monitor the organization's LinkedIn page and other social media channels, and support basic website updates

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, nonprofit management, or related field, or equivalent experience in fast-paced communications or project coordination
- 2-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, project coordination, or operations with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and coordinate across teams
- Experience using project or content trackers (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday) and proven ability to coordinate review and approval workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
