Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute content strategies targeting capital providers (corporate finance teams, financial institutions, private credit funds, tax advisors) to establish Crux as a thought leader in clean energy capital markets.
- Create compelling content across formats including case studies, newsletters, blog posts, sales one-pagers, infographics, whitepapers, and videos tailored to institutional finance audiences.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce multimedia assets and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Experiment with AI tools to improve content workflows and contribute to team learning.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4–6 years of experience in content, communications, and/or marketing in corporate finance, fintech, or clean energy project finance.
- Fluency in institutional finance language: tax credits, tax equity, structured debt, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional writing skills to make complex financial and technical topics accessible across formats.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and a track record of experimenting with tools to improve work.
