Content Marketeer

• Develop and execute Smappee's content strategy across markets and customer segments
• Create compelling and accurate content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and product pages
• Translate complex technical topics—such as energy monitoring, EV charging, and automation—into accessible language
• Monitor content performance, track SEO and engagement metrics, and optimise based on insights

This role creates positive change by translating complex energy and tech topics into clear, engaging stories that support Smappee's mission to facilitate energy efficiency, helping businesses and individuals reduce energy consumption and contribute to a sustainable future.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in technical or complex industries
• Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience with SEO, keyword research, content performance analytics, and customer journey analysis
