Content Lead

• Own and evolve the content strategy across all digital touchpoints (web, email, social, paid media, etc.)
• Lead the creation of high-impact content that supports brand storytelling, product marketing, and sales enablement
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO, engagement, and conversion across the funnel
• Manage internal and external content creators, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and quality
• Use data and analytics to measure content performance and inform future strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure content supports business goals
• Stay ahead of content trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate

This role helps make clean, efficient, and sustainable energy accessible to all by driving content initiatives that promote dcbel's residential energy revolution technology and products.

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Business, Management or related field
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
• In-depth understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and their functionalities
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and third party developers
• Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using various techniques
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics, Sales Enterprise, Marketing and support modules
• Managing work in Jira
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Automations, and Pages
